Beyond uncertain motives and the imminent logic, Amuleto behaves like any other metaphor. The visual rhetoric merges two time periods into a single moment. Their collision dissociates the present from the now, paralyzing the catastrophe. The inertia renders the failure between the myths of the baby boomers (1946-1964) and the emotional agony of generation y (1981-1996).

D-E-S-I-G-N is a fictional concept isolated from the real. As soon as design encounters reality, the service and the product collapse and the result is meaningless. The void is generated by the disintegration of relationships, producing a sterile landscape. This new space or limbo is the only opportunity for the spectator, user or outsider to engage with the subject without any external influences or defined history.

Amuleto is a celebration of the end of an era, a commemoration of the beginning of a new attitude.
